Care:

Clothes made of tencel are durable and their care is not very demanding. To ensure their durability and impeccability, the ironing process is particularly important - due to the fact that the material is resistant to creases, we iron them only when necessary. Steam ironing works best. To avoid shiny marks, iron the clothes only inside out and at low temperature.

Avoid strong detergents. Maximum washing temperature 30º C. Avoid strong spinning. Dry flat - do not tumble dry or wring. Iron only inside out with steam iron or iron at low temperature.

Prices shown on the website are in Euros (EUR). They are not including your country sale tax rate and not cover custom duty fee. UPS will contact you via email to pay all additional fees. While your order is already shipped, you must not cancel it.

However, remember that item(s) must be returned to us unused with all NUDYESS tags and designer labels still attached. Exchanges and returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you

• Complete the Exchange/Return non EEA Form (later as ERFnEEA - download interactive file), save it and email it to returns@nudyess.com
• Based on reported ERFnEEA form, we will contact you for further steps and attach return transport label and all necessary documents for customs clearance to print by your own.

You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods to us.
