NUDYESS FAMILY is a loyalty program in which you can collect points and exchange them for special SHOPPING VOUCHERS.

Every user who wants to become a member of Nudyess Family must create a Customer account. By performing certain actions on en.nudyess.com, the user collects loyalty points. The list of available actions is available below and in the bottom right corner of the screen after logging into the account. The points are collected on the balance of the Customer's account and can be exchanged for discount coupons.

* Loyalty points are awarded to orders after 21 days. After this period, they will be automatically credited to your account.

* Points for creating an account and subscribing to the Nudyess newsletter will be awarded within 24 hours.

* Points for adding a product review will be credited after the review is verified.

* Points for providing your date of birth are awarded on your birthday.

The user is informed via email about any changes in their account balance.

The loyalty program applies only to prepaid orders, and the discount coupons are for one-time use only. Users can redeem their loyalty points for rewards by logging into their customer account. The discount applied from loyalty points will be deducted from the total value of your order.

What is Nudyess Family?

Nudyess Family is a loyalty program designed specifically for regular and loyal customers of the Nudyess store. As part of the program, customers receive points in exchange for certain actions, which can then be next exchanged for rewards.

How to join Nudyess Family?

After creating a customer account, every user of the store automatically becomes a member of the Nudyess Family program. The program is active and will accumulate points when the user is logged into their account.

I already have a customer account, how can I receive points?

If the user already had a customer account before the launch of Nudyess Family, the account needs to be verified. In this case, click on the Nudyess Family icon located in the lower right corner of the screen and select the "Get points" tab. Find the "Create a customer account" option on the list and click on the verify button. After a while, an email will be sent requesting verification of the account. Points will be allocated once the verification is successful.

How to redeem points for specific rewards?

To redeem points for a specific reward, you need to log in to your customer account. Once you have accumulated enough points, click on the "Nudyess Family" icon located in the bottom right corner of your device screen. In the "Get a Reward" tab, select the reward you want and click the "Redeem" button. After this step, you will receive an email with a special discount code. Simply copy and paste the code into the appropriate field during checkout to apply the discount to your order.

Does a minimum order amount exist for which points are awarded?

There is no minimum order value threshold for earning points. Every placed, paid and not returned order is rewarded with an appropriate amount of points.

Do the obtained points have an expiration date?

No, the accumulated points do not have an expiration date and do not expire. They can be redeemed at any time for rewards with a certain point value.

Do the received discount vouchers have an expiration date?

Yes, the discount vouchers received as part of redeemed points are valid for use for a period of 365 days from the date of their receipt.

Can I use more than 1 discount voucher?

While placing an order, the customer can use only 1 discount voucher at a time.

Can I use a discount code and a discount voucher at the same time?

Unfortunately, at this time there is no possibility to combine a discount coupon and a promotional code when placing an order.

Will I receive a new discount voucher in exchange for the one I have already used in case of returning the product?

A discount voucher is not refunded in case of withdrawal from the agreement. After the return has been made, you will not receive a new, replacement discount voucher.

Are the awarded points deducted from the customer account balance in case of product returns?

Yes, the points awarded for a given product are deducted from the customer's account balance in case of a return. Points for placing an order are awarded after 21 days, and a return can be made within 14 days of delivery. Therefore, there is a small chance that the user will have points deducted from their account balance.
