If you want to enjoy your purchase, proper care for the hat should be your priority. First and foremost, proper washing is crucial.

Hand wash only, and the water should be cool and pleasant for your hands. Use the gentlest possible laundry detergents. Gently wash the hat fibers, squeezing them instead of rubbing. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry. Remove excess water by pressing the hat, then dry with a towel. The hat does not require ironing; if necessary, iron it through a cotton cloth at a very low temperature. Do not dry clean.

• Based on reported ERFnEEA form, we will contact you for further steps and attach return transport label and all necessary documents for customs clearance to print by your own.
